Ms. Hsee holds a B.S. from the University of Hawaii and an M.S. in Statistics from Southern Connecticut State University. She has been working for various companies as an independent consultant and also working part time as a researcher at the Economics department of the University of Chicago. She is a long term promoter for Chinese language learning. She previously served on the board of Chinese Fine Arts Society's Yue Fei and Great Wall Music Composition Competition. Ms. Hsee has been a Dongfang parents since 2006.

包京京毕业于夏威夷大学并拥有南康涅狄格州立大学的统计硕士学位。曾在数家公司做过商业咨询及芝加哥大学经济系做研究工作。她是中文学习的热心而长期的推动者。曾在芝加哥中华艺术协会担任董事，参与主持岳飞暨长城音乐作品比赛。自2006起，作为东方中文学校的家长，积极参与学校的组织和建设。现担任东方中文学校董事长。
